We aim at make quality content available to our readers regularly and provide exciting opportunities to people who wish to publish their content. Beyond Padhai publishes an open access, Free and bi- annual Journal. It is published bi - annually and strives to impart organizational go-through on diversified business and legal aspects of the nation. The primary focus of the Journal is on 2 areas - Business (Economics, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing etc.) and Law.
The Journal is the flagship publication of Beyond Padhai. It is a bi-annual, open-access and free journal that publishes extensive research across various areas of law and business. The Journal is designed for readers from both legal and business backgrounds, focusing on practical interpretation of legal and commercial concepts in line with the changing needs of society.
The Journal aims to reach every section of society to ignite ideas and encourage meaningful interpretations in the minds of readers. It strives to provide a platform for learners of law, business, and related fields- along with all interested individuals- where they can express their thoughts, share their research, and gain a voice.
Beyond Padhai does not Charge any Fees for Publication in its e-Journal. We provide Publication absolutely Free of Cost.
A hardcopy of Certificate of Publication shall be provided to all the authors of the Selected Papers. Moreover, a Soft Copy of the Journal shall be shared with all the Selected Authors.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
THEME
The Journal is not confined to any specific area of Business or Law. The Journal welcomes contributions from every area of business or law, not limiting its scope.
WORD LIMITS
Submissions are invited for various Categories as mentioned below :-

Long Articles :- 4000 – 8000 Words

Short Articles :- 2500 – 5000 Words

Case Comments :- 1500 – 2500 Words

Case Study :- 1500 – 2500 Words
The word limits are exclusive of Footnotes and Abstracts. A slight change in the word limit may be considered, but solely based on the quality of the work. Each Submission must comply with the word limits.
ABSTRACT
Each Submission must be accompanied by an Abstract/Summary of around 200 – 300 Words. The Abstract must outline the main ideas and views as presented in the Research work. It should summarily present a picture of what can be expected in the Paper.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- All Submissions must be ORIGINAL and UNPUBLISHED.
- We do not tolerate any kind of Plagiarism and thus no submission shall be PLAGIARISED. If found so, the work shall be out rightly rejected.
- All Submissions must comply with the word limit as prescribed for that respective category.
- The works go through a blind peer review process. Thus, no submission shall contain the name, contact details of affiliation of the author. All these details shall be mentioned only in the email.

All References must be adequately cited as per the prescribed citation style. It shall be the sole responsibility of the author/authors to ensure that all the references and citations are correct. Moreover, the work must not infringe copyright or any other rights of any third parties. It is the author’s liability in case the submissions are found to be an infringement of a third party’s right.

Co-authorship of only 1 is allowed, i.e. Maximum 2 authors can submit a work together.

All Papers must be sent only via Mail. The Submissions have to be mailed to contact@beyondpadhai.com . The Subject of the Mail should be ‘SUBMISSION FOR PUBLICATION’ No submission shall be entertained otherwise.

All the Submissions must only be made in a Word or PDF Document.

Timeline - The papers shall go through an extensive review process where the quality, content, scope, research, analysis, coherence, relevance and interpretation shall be taken into consideration. In furtherance of the same, the Editorial Board shall decide upon the Selection of the work. The information as to the acceptance or non acceptance of the work, shall be notified to the author within 45 Days of the submission. Note :- The decision of the Editorial Board shall be final in all circumstances. Although, The author has the right to know about the reasons for non selection.
